महाकविर्दण्डी काव्यादर्शे अवादीत् "संस्कृतं नाम दैवीवागन्वाख्याता महर्षिभिः" दिव्यतायुक्तेयं भाषा, अत एव वैश्विकविविधसमस्यानां परिहारः अनया निबद्धैः विषयैः जायते इति सर्वविदितं जगति। चत्वारो वेदाः, षट् शास्त्राणि, अष्टादश पुराणानि, स्मृतयः, धर्मशास्त्राणि, आयुर्वेदादयः जीवमात्रस्य कल्याणाय प्रयतन्ते। अस्माकं विश्वविद्यालयस्य आचार्याः, विद्यार्थिनश्च, ज्ञानेन विज्ञानेन च राष्ट्रस्य सन्निर्माणे मानवर्द्धने च आधारस्तम्भाः भवेयुरिति मे द्रढीयान् विश्वासः। आत्मनिर्भरभारतस्य परिकल्पना यद्यपि संस्कृतविद्यायां भूयो भूयो विद्यते तथापि नवशिक्षानीतिरीत्या नूनं हि अध्येतारः सर्वाङ्गीणविकासयुजः भवेयुरिति कामायमानः समेषां कल्याणमनेन मन्त्रेण आमन्त्रये – सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः। सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेद्॥
